Who we are

This website is run by Peables Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 10932648), with its registered office at Ergo Business Centre, Meadow Road, Hessle, HU13 0GD. We are the controller of personal information collected through this website, and we are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (registration no. ZA915531).

What we collect

If you use the enquiry form on our Contact page, or email or phone us, we collect the details you give us: your name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your message.

Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps basic technical logs (such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested) for security and to keep the site running. We don’t use these logs to identify you.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry and, if you go on to work with us, to discuss and deliver that work. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: it is in both our interests that we can respond to you. If an enquiry leads to a contract, we also process your details to prepare for and carry out that contract.

We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it for marketing mailings unless you have asked us to.

Who we share it with

We don’t share your details with third parties, other than the service providers that help us run the website and handle email, who act on our instructions. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare, enquiries sent through the form are delivered to us by the email service Resend, and our email is provided by Google Workspace. Some of these providers may process data outside the UK, under appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, normally no more than 24 months, unless we are working together or the law requires us to keep records for longer.

Cookies

This website doesn’t set cookies and doesn’t use analytics or advertising trackers, so there is no cookie banner. If that changes, we will update this page and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Your rights

You have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to ask for it in a portable format. To use any of these rights, contact us using the details below.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
